Five design principles of rice color sorter process

For the color sorting process of the rice color sorter, it needs to go through the three processes of whitening, polishing, and grading. At the same time, it must follow the design principles of the rice color sorter, supplemented by a dust collector, and equipped with a compressed air system. In this way, the color sorting accuracy of the color sorter can be better optimized.

1. Before the rice color is selected, it should be polished. The polished rice has less chaff, white and bright surface, and good fluidity, which is beneficial to improve the color selection effect. For some raw grains, after being whitened by multiple machines, they can go directly to the classification process without going through the polishing process, and then into the color sorting process.

2. Before rice color selection, it must go through a grading process. First of all, the tensile and compressive strength of heterochromatic grains is low. After cleaning, hulling, rice milling, polishing and other processes and impacts during mechanical transportation, some heterochromatic grains have been broken and can be removed by grading to reduce the content of rice. The content of heterochromatic particles; secondly, the under-sieve during classification does not need to enter the color sorting process, thereby increasing the output of Zhongrui Microvision color sorter; thirdly, the rice after whitening and polishing has a higher temperature, and the rice is classified In fact, it also has a certain cooling effect.

3. Equipped with a complete dust suction air net. The color sorter should be equipped with a dust suction fan to avoid excessive chaff powder in the enclosed sorting room. Absorbing the bran powder can make the rice cleaner and lower the temperature of the rice grains, which helps to improve the color sorting effect, ensure the normal operation of the color sorter, and extend the life of the cylinder.

4. Compressed air system. The compressed air system should be configured in strict accordance with the requirements of the color sorter to ensure the quality of the air source. The air compressor is required to be oil-free and water-free. It should also be equipped with appropriate filters and dryers. All gas pipelines should be pollution-free and connected with high-grade pipelines. Generally, an air storage tank with a capacity of not less than 1m3 is installed in front of the color sorter to stabilize the pressure. The best inlet pressure is 0.6~0.7MPa, and the nozzle pressure is between 0.20~0.25MPa.

5. When designing the process, there should be enough actual space size to ensure that the pipeline can have a sufficient inclination angle so that the material can flow freely by its own weight.
