  1. Feeder: To achieve the stability and regulation of flow.
  2. Groove: Get a uniform tea flow and a constant tea grain speed.
  3. Fluorescent lamp: provides a specified light frequency area, stable performance of the light source.
  4. Background plate: Contrasts or transmission light that shines on the tea stream and reflects it to the photoelectric sensor.

  6. Photoelectric sensor: Converts the optical signal into a digital electrical signal and transmits it to the electrical signal processing system.
  7. Signal processing and integrated circuit system: to complete the identification processing of electrical signals, the release of instructions and drivers for functional components, etc.
  8. Injection valve: executes the opening and closing instructions of the electrical signal processing system and blows the different colored tea grains.
  9. Automatic cleaning mechanism: Automatic cleaning of dust on dustproof glass.
  10. Compressed air conditioning device: pressure regulation and further filtration of compressed air provided by the air compression system, and the provision of qualified compressed air to gas systems such as injection valves and automatic cleaning mechanisms.
