1Near infrared + true color image acquisition system

The infrared Intelligent Rice Color Sorter Machine includes a near-infrared CCD image acquisition system and a color CCD image acquisition system;

The near-infrared CCD image acquisition system realizes the acquisition of near-infrared information of materials, greatly expands the spectral application range of the laser sorting machine, and realizes the effective sorting of some infrared-sensitive materials;

The color CCD image acquisition system realizes the acquisition of three color information of material red, green and blue, with the perception ability of the human eye, and the selection of materials is more realistic;


2 Flexible and variable light source configuration

Infrared color sorter includes color LED lighting system and near-infrared wide-spectrum lighting system;

The color LED lighting system can choose different spectral lighting for different raw materials, the contrast of the main features, and the acquisition of more material information.

The LED lighting system with heat dissipation has long life, low energy consumption and good performance;

The near-infrared wide-spectrum lighting system adopts a light source, with uniform and bright lighting, low energy consumption and stable performance.


3 Image processing algorithm, the rejection rate (bring-out ratio)

According to the material characteristics, the shape and color combination algorithm is used; for complex color materials, the color space sorting after HSV transformation is adopted, which is more intuitive and more intuitive.

4 high solenoid valve

Using high solenoid valve, high frequency, long service life, extremely low air consumption, ensuring large output of the machine, low take-out ratio, low failure rate and low energy consumption;

2. Added shape selection function: According to the characteristics of materials, the image processing algorithm combining shape and color is adopted, and shape sorting of materials is successfully realized by extracting shape features such as circularity, straightness, perimeter and area.


3. Transmissive color-adjustable background light: The transmissive background plate is used to replace the traditional reflective background plate, which simplifies the system and improves the stability. The RGB color adjustable background light is used to replace the red, green and blue reflector. In addition to the three colors of red, green and blue, it can also realize various color background lights through color mixing, which enriches the variety of colors.
